Personal training is the service. Every program is shaped by specialized skills built for your specific goals and body — not a separate add-on, just how the training gets built.

In-Person Training

Hands-on coaching in Missouri City, TX. Every session is run personally by Chris — no rotating trainers, no handoffs.

ON

Online Coaching

Available for clients who already have a training base. Not recommended for complete beginners — form and safety come first, and that's hard to guarantee remotely.

Strength & Conditioning

Individualized strength, mobility, and conditioning programs with real periodization — not a workout of the day pulled at random.

CE

Corrective Exercise

Movement assessments identify imbalances, compensations, and injury risk. Corrective strategies inhibit, lengthen, activate, and integrate to restore proper movement patterns.

SF

Senior Fitness

Functional strength, balance, and mobility programming tailored to older adults — with an emphasis on fall prevention, joint health, and safe progression.

Women's Fitness

Training plans that account for hormonal cycles, pre/postnatal needs, and body composition goals — supporting clients through life-stage transitions.

Honest scope

  • Nutritional guidance is offered as part of coaching — general habits, timing, and education.
  • Meal planning is outside scope. If you need a detailed meal plan, Chris will point you to a dietitian in his referral network.
  • Absolute beginners are strongly encouraged to start in-person before shifting to online coaching.
Veteran-owned

Active-duty and veteran clients train at a discounted rate — ask about it when you reach out.
